By accessing or using the Wraqah platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Wraqah reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Platform Use

The Wraqah platform is intended solely for academic researchers, research institutions, authorized reviewers, and industry partners for lawful, legitimate research purposes.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or licensed by your institution to act on its behalf.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use the Platform to submit content that is abusive, fraudulent, or illegal.
• Platform access must comply with your institution's policies and licensing requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available through the Platform — including software, text, graphics, and interfaces — are owned by Wraqah Research Systems or licensed to it.

• Intellectual property in research protocols, data, and research reports remains with the user or their institution.
• By uploading content, you grant Wraqah a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content for service delivery.
• Wraqah claims no ownership rights over your research findings.

User Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and service use.
• Comply with all applicable research ethics committee policies and guidelines.
• Promptly notify Wraqah of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access.
• Not attempt unauthorized access to restricted parts of the Platform.
• Ensure sufficient institutional authorization before submitting any research applications.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Wraqah makes no express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.
• Data loss resulting from events outside our reasonable control.
• The accuracy or reliability of user-generated research content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Competent Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

In the event of any dispute, both parties are encouraged to first seek amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
